Returns & Exchange

At Blu Light Glasses, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return or exchange your order, we’ve made the process as simple as possible.

Returns

• You have 28 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
• The glasses must be in their original condition and packaging.
• To initiate a return, please print and complete our Returns Form (available here) and include it with your return.
• Send your package to the return address listed at the bottom of the form.

Once we receive your item, we will process your refund within 72 hours. The refund will be issued to your original payment method (bank or PayPal). Please note that it may take a few additional days for your bank to process the transaction.

Exchanges

• If you would like to exchange your glasses for a different style or model, please follow the same return process and place a new order for your preferred item.
